Ginnero "Jim" Farelli

Ginnero was born in Capreol Ontario, on November 20, 1931. He completed grade 10 at Capreol High School. In 1949, he graduated from Scollard Hall in North Bay.

Jim, as he was called, married Joan Mohns. They have two children, Cary and Vicky.

He was involved in hockey for over 60 years and played on and coached many teams. In the mid 1960's, he purchased and coached the Soo Rapid Jr. "B" Team. In 1984, Jim and Joan also acquired the Pembroke Lumber Kings Jr. Team.

Jim was respected by the players he played with and coached.
On May 12, 1997, Jim passed away but his dedication will always be remembered.
